1994 Apr.   Saki Corporation was established.
  July   Relocated to Kanagawa Science Park (KSP).
1995 Mar   Launched the development of Automated Optical Inspection Machine.
1996　 Feb.   Delivered the first product to Sony Bonson Corporation and established a business alliance.
(Renamed to Sony EMCS Corp. Saitama TEC afterward.)
  Apr.
   Accepted a venture capital investment from
Tokyo Small and Medium Business Investment Consultation Company and KSP,Inc.
  July   Released the first Saki brand Product, "BF-1",Automated Optical Inspection Machine.
1997 May   Started overseas shipment.
2001 Mar.   U.S. office,"Saki Technology Corporation of America"was established.

2002 July   China Shanghai office,"Saki (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd."was established.
（The office was relocated in Sep.2006.）
2003 Sep.   Kobe Office was established.
2004 Feb.   Relocated Headquarters to Shinagawa Intercity in Minato-ku,Tokyo.
  Sep.   Saki (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. Shenzhen Office was established.
2005 Jan.   Released the world's first Simultaneous high speed inspection of both sides of PCB
Automated Optical Inspection Machine,"BF-Tristar".
  Aug.   Saki Taiwan Representative Office was established.
(Taiwan Office,"Saki Taiwan Co.,Ltd."was established in Jun.2007.)
  Sep.   Nagoya Office was established.
  Sep.   Awarded the grand prize for"The Third Courageous Management".
  Sep.   Singapore Representative Office was established.
