Bench-top model High-Speed Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)

We offer 3 types of bench-top AOI; BF-Comet 10, BF-Comet 18, and BF-Sirius. Our bench-top AOI systems employ the Line-scan Technology and offer inspection solutions for SMT/ thru hole, wave solder and final assembly.

BF-Sirius offers a compact foot print bench-top system for large PCBs and achieved a further rapid inspection compared to conventional model (BF-Voyager).
(It takes only 18 seconds to scan LL-size PCB by BF-Sirius)
It is also suitable for the mounting PCB after the process of the hand insertion and the dip part inspection.
