By employing large-size telecentric lens optical system, BF-Planet-XII provides accurate and stable inspection results with 10um resolution. The machines correct brightness over the whole sample and compensate position aberration in real time while image is scanned, which will contribute to a stable imaging capability over time. In addition, a variety of algorithms and lighting types are available to deal with a wide range of inspection requirements in industry.
Multiple data handling capabilities are provided such as switching settings by barcode reading and data output to customers’ data server in order to cope with line requirements flexibly.
In-line Dual Lane High Resolution and High Speed AOI
- Scanning time for M size (330x250mm) PCB is only 4 seconds, equivalent to single lane
- Enable to inspect different items in the respective lane
BF-10D can deal with dual-lane high speed production lines only with one head. BF-10D can inspect different items by the front lane and the back lane respectively or same items in the both lanes. When same items are run at both lanes, same inspection programming data can be shared. BF-10D also provide 10um high resolution inspection with telecentric lens optical system by combining various algorithms and lighting types in simple construction with one axis operation, multiple data handling capability such as programming data change by barcode reading and data output to customers’ data servers
In-line/Off-line Simultaneous Double-sided AOI
- BF-TristarII is In-line, BF-10BT is Off-line
- Suitable for the final inspection such as automatic detection of any dropped or scattered object during SMT process, solder inspection for large components attached after selective soldering
Double-side inspection scheme has made what used to be handled by 2 separate production processes into one simple process. The compact machine can be easily installed even into cell production line.
By scanning top side first on an outward route and then back side on a return route, it can reduce reflection of light from the opposite sample side to assure stable inspection results.
In the same way as our other 2D-AOI machines, BF-10BT provides 10um high resolution inspection by telecentric lens optical system by combining various algorithms and lighting types in simple construction with one axis operation. Multiple data handling capability are provided such as programming data change by barcode reading and data output to customers’ data servers.

The offline inspection machine series can directly contribute to improve line productivity with shorter tact time.
