Notice of Discontinuation and Model Integration “3D-SPI and 3D-AOI”

To further enhance performance, functionality and usability, SAKI Corporation has decided to integrate certain models of its 3D Solder Paste Inspection (3D-SPI) and 3D Automated Optical Inspection (3D-AOI) systems and integrate them into new successor models. As such, production of the models listed below will be discontinued.

Final Order Acceptance Date
March 31, 2026
Final orders for the discontinued models will be accepted until the date above.

Successor Models
The discontinued models will be succeeded by the following product series:

• 3Si/3Di-xx3GX
