SAKI AI Solution is an AI-based platform designed to improve the reliability and efficiency of inspection processes. Key features include:
- AI Studio – Enables intuitive AI model training, testing, and visualization
- AI Assist – Helps reduce false calls and decreases re-inspection workload
- AI OCR – Automates text inspections and adapts to variations in printed characters
The platform also provides visualization of AI decision factors, allowing users to understand why a component is judged as OK or NG. It integrates smoothly with existing AOI systems and can be introduced even with a small set of OK images.
