We are pleased to inform you that, as of February 1, 2025, the legal registration changes for our European subsidiary, Saki Europe GmbH (Germany), and the Czech branch of Saki Europe GmbH have been successfully completed. The Czech entity has now officially started operations as an independent European subsidiary; Saki Europe s.r.o..

Details of the changes are as follows:

• Czech Republic: The Czech branch of Saki Europe GmbH → Started operations as the new company, Saki Europe s.r.o.
• Germany: Saki Europe GmbH → Assets transferred to Saki Europe s.r.o. and company closed
